IMPACT CONCUSSION TEST
INSTRUCTIONS
CLASSIC LEAGUE PLAYER OR TEAM
In order of
preferred testing options
1. Group
testing. Clubs may have parents who can utilize several
computers at a school, church or business. Email Ken Locker and request
for the “group testing” instructions.
2. Ask the School athletic trainer if they have the ImPACT testing
program. If so, the player may already have a baseline. Inquire if the
athletic trainer can set up a testing time for the player. The test WILL NOT come out of that schools account. If they say no, we understand the time issues this time of
year.
3. Call

4. Home
testing. This should be the last resort. Email Ken
Locker and ask for the “home testing” instructions. It is critical that the
parent/guardian ensure a quiet environment for the testing which includes
minimal noise and turn off cell phones.
