UPDATE YOUR GOTSOCCER PLAYER LIST/ROSTER INSTRUCTIONS

1. Players Not Returning:
Delete all players not returning
(This is the only time you can delete a player without a release signed by North Texas.)

2. New Players:
Add player to GotSoccer Team Account Player/List Roster
(All required paperwork must be turned into the office before player can be added to Official Roster by Registrar.)

3. Jersey #s:
(Don't forget to update players Jersey #s)

4. Photos for ID Cards:
Add Player Photos in GotSoccer (Head Shots)

REQUIRED FORMS TO COMPLETE TEAM REGISRATION

1. NTSSA/USYS Competitive Membership Player Form - Click Here
     (Every player is required to complete this form every year)

2. PROOF of AGE-Birth Certificate: Passport or Drivers License
     a. Only new players joining your team
     b. NO hospital/religious records will be accepted)

Players with Foreign Birth Certificates have a New Procedure.

BACKGROUND CHECK INFORMATION

NORTH TEXAS REQUIRES THAT A BACKGROUND CHECK DISCLOSER FORM, BE FILLED OUT ONCE A YEAR

North Texas will be uses GotSoccer as the exclusive
background check software.

Once you are registered in gotsoccer:

You will be sent an email from support@gotsport.com, with a user name and link to access the login page. You will have to login and click on "Can't remember password", a password will be sent to you immediately. It is mandatory that everyone completes the background check. The system will not allow me to add any adult to the roster until the background check has been completed and approved.
