Team Formation Process

Teams are formed by committee.

U4 - U8 - play with buddy by request - in accordance
with North Texas Rules

You are eligible to play in the North Dallas Chamber Soccer Association if you live or attend a private school or pre school in the following zip codes.

The Scheduling Committee will attempt to accommodate as many requests/conflicts as possible, but we make NO GUARANTEES due to field availability and conflicts for other teams.

RESTRICTION ON THE USE OF PAID COACHES


No paid coach of any kind will be allowed in the U-6 League. Teams in the U-8 and above leagues may have a paid coach twice a week at either games or practices.  Every team in the League shall have a parent or other adult volunteer who is in charge of the team (either as the fully functioning manager and/or the head coach).  Such parent shall be in charge of all paperwork and shall be ultimately responsible for the team and must attend all organizational meetings each season.  All paid coaches must be registered as such with the League prior to coaching any team. 
No player will be denied the chance to play on a team within the League because they  could not afford or chooses not to pay the additional charges for a paid coach.

Paid Coaches will not be allowed to be a registered head coach of more than two (2) teams in the league.  Registered coaches will only be given schedule consideration for two (2) teams during any season of the league.

RECREATIONAL PLAYER REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds may only be issued prior to player assignment to a team. The refund amount will be equal to the registration fee less a $25 administrative processing fee.
  • Refunds will be issued if a family moves out of the Chamber Soccer playing area prior to the start of the season or if the child is unable to participate due to injury or illness as documented by a physician.
  • No refunds will be considered after a player is assigned to a team.
  • Conflicts with schedules or practice days and times are not grounds for a refund.
  • Should the Player Assignment Committee be unable to place a child on a team, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the approved request date.
  • After the first game of the season is played all refund requests for consideration will be prorated based on the total number of games played with the player’s assigned team.
  • All refund requests for consideration that fall outside of this policy must be sent in writing to the CCSAI Executive Director and approved by the CCSAI Chamber Soccer Board of Directors. snapper@ccsai.org
