The following is a list of information that will be helpful in making your Game Day a
success by providing you with detailed information as to what is expected
of the coach, manager and the team. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED ON GAME DAY TO PLAY

1. Be sure that you have printed out the “PAL Team Game Report”.
It should be filled out with each players name, jersey number and NTSSA registration number.
After the game the manager/coach should get the form from the referee should either be
faxed into the office at 972-692-7582.

2. You will need to bring $25 cash.This will cover the referee fee ($10) and linesmen fee ($15 each) $25 total. Each team pays for half of the referee fee and pays for one of the linesmen.
Be sure you bring bills that can be divided correctly between the referee and one linesman.
Example: two $10 bills & one $5 bill, or five $5 bill (NO CHECKS)
The money must be delivered to the referees prior to the game.
NO REFEREE FEE – NO GAME!

3. If you are playing on a field in Arlington, Richardson (Breckenridge) or Plano, each team will need to bring two corner flags. Nets are provided but you will need to bring flags.
This is only for the Arlington, Richardson (Breckenridge) and Plano fields.
All other fields will have nets and flags

4. In case of inclement weather, be sure and call the weather hotline for the association that governs the field you are to play on. Each association will make their own determination on the conditions of their fields.

5. Each team is required to fax in their game report with the score after each game
to 972-692-7582. No emails are required with scores
.

PREMIERE ACADEMY LEAGUE FIELD PROTOCOL

1. Sideline Protocol: Players, Coach and Manager for both teams will occupy one side of the field;
parents and other spectators for both teams will occupy the other side of the field.

2. Nets/Flags Protocol:
Both teams should assist in putting up and taking down the nets and flags,
except where such is not handled by the teams.

Arlington (Harold Patterson): and Grand Prairie:
Nets provided by ASA and GPSA, both teams provide 2 corner flags
.

Chamber Soccer (Gooch; Calliet, Bluffview, Campbell Green): The Nets and Flags are provided at the site.

Richardson. - Breckenridge, Nets are put up by RSA, Each Team brings 2 Flags for their games

3. Referee Payment: The fee for the officiating crew is as follows: Referee: $20.00; Assistant Referee: $15.00. Each team will pay one-half (1/2) of the Referee fee and the fee for one of the two Assistant Referees.
