Required Document to Upload
1. Official Spring 2024 Roster (1 copy)
(signed by coach & registrar)

Partial registration will not be accepted.
All required paperwork is to be submitted at the same time.

 Medical Releases Do Not Need to be Uploaded

• All teams are required to have a Medical Release for every player on their roster
• Medical Releases are to be available at the soccer complex upon request.

2. Login to "Team GotSport Account"

3. Click on Team Registration @ Top of Page

4. From List of Events Click on Classic League Challenge - Tournament Round 1

5. Click on "Registration" @ Top of Page

6. Click on "Edit" (Registration Form Answers)

7. Scroll Down Page to Upload Roster

8. Click "Choose File"

9. "Upload" 2024 Official Spring Roster
