• Warm-up Outside of Fence
• No Warm-ups in the Goal Area - Not Allowed at any time
• PLAYERS, COACHES, MANAGERS & PARENTS, PLEASE DO NOT WALK ACROSS THE FIELDS @ ANYTIME
• NO PARKING BY THE CONCESSION STAND OR DIRT FIELD, CARS WILL BE TOWED
• There will be a maximum 2 minute water break (duration managed by the referee) during each half in every game. The clock will NOT stop. Players must remain on field

Home Team: (listed first on the schedule)

• Required to wear WHITE/LIGHT JERSEYS
• Required to Wear Same Color Shorts & Socks
• Tournament Provides Game Ball

Away Team:

• Required to wear DARK CONTRASTING JERSEYS 
• Required to Wear Same Color Shorts & Socks
• Tournament Provides Game Ball

Both Teams:

• Have players ready to be checked in by referees 
• Have Virtual ID Cards ready for referees to view in "Smart Phone"
• Players Jersey #s - No Duplicates, No Changing #s on Game Day, Tape or Permanent Marker #s Not Allowed
• IF  PLAYER IS NOT ON THE EVENT GAME CARD HE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY

Players arriving late to game:

• Manager is required to take player to TENT OUTSIDE OF GATE, have your Virtual ID Card pulled up so TOURNAMENT STAFF can verify the player

​Game Card:

• Referee will provide "Game Card" before start of each game
• At the end of each game, a team official from each team must verify and sign the Game Card. Game cards will be considered approved once signed by both teams and cannot be altered

• Reporting Game Score - The manager of both teams are required to report the score IMMEDIATELY after the conclusion of the game. The referee will be responsible for turning in the game card to tournament head quarters.
