$30.00 per player / per season (Fall / Spring)
No Fee for Coaches or Managers

"No Changes" To Your Team Roster

Instructions

 "Changes" To Your Team Roster

  • Click Notify Button in  Classic/Chamber Competitive Team Home Registration
  • Type in Message Box "Changes" 
  • Please give a description of change/changes made
  • Spring 2024 Roster Update will be Cloned
  • Always upload all paperwork for a player in the player's profile.

Instructions

Adding New Player/Transferring Player /Removing Player /Changing Staff  

1. Adding a "New Player/Players:

  • This is a player that did not play Fall 2023 Season
  • Upload Competitive Registration Form & Birth Certificate in Player's Profile
  • Upload Recent Photo (Head Shot, No Action Shots or Body Shots
  • Registrar will "Approve" Player
  • Click Notify Button > Type in Details

 2. Transferring / Deleting a Player/Players:  

  • Upload Processed Form by North Texas in Player's Profile
  • Update Any Changes (jersey number, address, etc.
  • Registrar will "Approved" Add or Remove Player
  • Click Notify Button > Type in changes with Details

3. Removing a Player/Players:

  • Upload Release Form Processed by North Texas in Player's Profile
  • Registrar will "Remove" Player/Players
  • Click Notify Button > Type in changes with Details

4. Changing a Coach/Manager or Adding Asst. Coach:

  • Background Check & SafeSport training is Required

Please pick which payment method you are going to use to pay your Spring Home Competitive Team Registration.

Click the “Notify Button”
Add to message box 1, 2 or 3.
 
Approved Clubs that are invoiced do not need to follow these instructions

Payment Methods:

  • Credit Card
  • Check/Money Order/Cash 

1.     Same Payment Method used to pay in Fall 
2.     Change Payment Method
3.     If paying by Check/Money Order/Cash
(Required to pay  at office before Spring Roster can be Approved).
