When transferring or moving to another team receiving team will need to have parents complete New Competitive Registration Form.

Releasing Team needs a copy of the form processed by NTX Soccer to hand into registrar
Receiving team needs a copy of the form processed by NTX Soccer to hand into registrar

Player/ Released back to Recreational

A registrar can not remove any players without a release form 

Intra-Club Movement Notification Form

This form is to allow players to move from one NTSSA Team to another NTSSA Team within the same club  (Both teams are required to be NTSSA registered)
A movement within the same club will not count towards the (1) transfer per year.
