ACADEMY TOURNAMENT ROSTER INSTRUCTIONS

All players must have an Academy form to play in a Academy Tournament or Academy League. The Academy Form is good from the date of registration until August 1, 2026.

**IMPORTANT: If players are in **Team Members**,  you will need to **Clone** the **Team Members Roster** to the **Tournament Roster** by clicking **Submit **Clone Roster from (current team roster)** 
 This action will bring all your players to the **Tournament Roster**.

1. Log in to your Team Account
2. Navigate to **Rosters**.
3. Select **Choose Event**
4. Choose ** Chamber Soccer Academy Tournament Roster 25/26**.

**Instructions Creating Roster:**

1. **Add Players**
2. **Add Jersey Numbers & Current Photos**

3. **Add Coaches (Must do BGC & SS)
4. **Add Manager (Must do BGC & SS)

  • Once the Roster is Completed 
  • Click on "Notify: Button" so Registrar can Approve Roster
  • VERY IMPORTANT: Leave a Message in the Message Box indicating which Tournament Team is attending.
    (Roster will not be Approved without this information)
  • Just so you know, you will receive an email when the Roster has been Approved with Directions to Print the Roster.

1. Log in to the Team Account
2. Navigate to **Rosters**.
3. Select **Choose Event**
4. Choose ** Chamber Soccer Academy Tournament Roster 25/26**.

5. Remove the Players that will not be attending the **Current Tournament**
6. Add New Players with Jersey # & Photo

**When the Roster is Updated**

  • Click on **Notify** Button" so Registrar can Approve Roster. (Instructions for "Notify Button" at Bottom of Page)
  • VERY IMPORTANT: Leave a Message in the Message Box indicating which Tournament Team is Attending.
    (Roster will not be Approved without this information)
  • Just so you know, you will receive an email when the Roster has been Approved with Directions to Print the Roster.

How to **Notify** the **Registrar** that the Tournament Roster is Ready.

Changes to your Roster starts with your Registrar:

  • Notify the Registrar of Roster Changes so your Tournament Roster can be approved.
  • Once the Roster is ready for approval
  • Login to GotSport Team Account
  • Click on Team Management > Team > Team Registration
  • Choose Chamber Soccer Association Academy Tournament Roster 25/26 Event
  • Click on the Notify Button in the Upper Right Hand Corner
  • Once Notify Button is Activated the Yield Sign will appear.
  • Post a Message in the Message Box of Updates made to the roster
  • The Notify Yield Sign will be cleared when the roster is updated 
    with a message from the Registrar.

NOW YOU CAN PRINT THE TOURNAMENT ROSTER IN THE GOTSPORT TEAM ACCOUNT:

Login to GotSport Team Account

  • Navigate to **Rosters**
  • Select **Choose Event**
  • Chamber Soccer Academy Tournament Roster 25/26 Event**.Choose **
  • Scroll Down to **Document and IDs**
  • Once you Click on **Document and IDs** you will see Tournament Roster.
